  1. Research and Analyze Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and conduct market research to identify potential new trends and opportunities.
  2. Assist in Product Selection: Work closely with the Buyer to assist in the selection of products for each season, taking into consideration current trends, customer preferences, and budget.
  3. Conduct Competitor Analysis: Monitor and research competitor brands to stay informed of their product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  4. Maintain Relationships with Vendors: Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery, and other terms.
  5. Manage Inventory Levels: Monitor inventory levels and work with the Buyer to make necessary adjustments based on sales performance and upcoming trends.
  6. Collaborate with Merchandising Team: Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that all products are presented in a visually appealing and cohesive manner.
  7. Assist in Buying Meetings: Attend buying meetings and provide input on product selection, pricing, and assortment.
  8. Coordinate Product Samples: Oversee the ordering and tracking of product samples, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  9. Support Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales team to support sales strategies and promotional plans for each product category.
  10. Maintain Budget and Pricing: Assist in managing the department budget and pricing strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness in the market.
  11. Monitor Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and provide insights to the Buyer on product performance and potential areas for improvement.
  12. Uphold Brand Standards: Ensure that all products meet the brand's quality and style standards, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  13. Stay Organized and Detail-Oriented: Maintain accurate and organized records, including purchase orders, invoices, and product information.
  14. Embrace a Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapting to changing priorities and priorities.

Job Qualifications
