Floor Supervisor - Warehouse

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to join our Tommy Hilfiger Warehouse team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, as well as a strong background in warehouse operations. The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all the day-to-day activities and operations in the warehouse, ensuring the safety of our warehouse staff and the quality of the products we ship out. Our ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and be able to motivate, lead, and manage a team of warehouse staff.Required Qualifications:• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a supervisory role.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet tight deadlines.• A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety regulations.• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
