  1. Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's aesthetic and drive sales.
  2. Collaborate with store managers and the corporate visual merchandising team to ensure consistent brand representation across all locations.
  3. Utilize strong fashion and trend knowledge to curate visually appealing displays that reflect the current season's collections.
  4. Maintain visual standards by regularly updating and refreshing displays, signage, and window presentations.
  5. Work with the store team to ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and organized to maximize sales potential.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and visual displays.
  7. Train and guide store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
  8. Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a visually appealing shopping experience for customers.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor's visual merchandising strategies to constantly improve and innovate our displays.
  10. Communicate with corporate teams to provide feedback and suggestions on store layouts, product assortment, and visual merchandising strategies.
