- Develop and implement store design strategies that align with the overall brand vision and aesthetic of Tommy Hilfiger.
- Lead a team of designers to create innovative and visually appealing store layouts that enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and operations, to ensure store designs are aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of store planning and design, including budget management, project timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of store designs and make recommendations for improvements or updates.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitors' store designs to ensure Tommy Hilfiger remains at the forefront of retail design.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as architects and contractors, to ensure high-quality store builds and renovations.
- Manage the store design process from concept to execution, ensuring all designs meet brand standards and guidelines.
- Train and mentor junior designers to ensure consistency and quality in all store designs.
- Participate in the development of new store concepts and prototypes, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on industry knowledge and expertise.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Store Planning And Design, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Interior Design, Or A Related Field.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Store Design Principles, Construction Methods, And Materials.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
