  1. Provide administrative support to the field service team, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and requests, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  3. Maintain and update various databases and spreadsheets related to field service activities.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks and projects.
  5. Monitor and track service orders and ensure timely delivery and completion.
  6. Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations for management and clients.
  7. Act as a liaison between the field service team and other departments within the company.
  8. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, and escalate to the appropriate parties as needed.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity within the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite: The Field Service Administrative Assistant Ii Should Have Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Word, Excel, And Powerpoint To Create Reports, Presentations, And Other Documents As Needed.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills: This Position Involves Managing A Busy Schedule, Maintaining Records, And Coordinating With The Field Service Team. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks Effectively And Keep Track Of Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Field Service Administrative Assistant Ii Will Be The Main Point Of Contact For The Field Service Team And Should Possess Exceptional Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Effectively Relay Information And Instructions.

  • Experience In Administrative Support: Previous Experience In An Administrative Support Role Is Essential For This Position. The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Handling Administrative Tasks Such As Scheduling Appointments, Managing Calendars, And Maintaining Records.

  • Knowledge Of Office Equipment And Procedures: The Field Service Administrative Assistant Ii Should Be Familiar With Standard Office Equipment Such As Copiers, Printers, And Fax Machines. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Office Procedures And Be Able To Troubleshoot Any Technical Issues That May Arise.
