Job Description

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales and Service Coordinator to join our team at Toshiba.   1. Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and requests, providing timely and efficient responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with sales team to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and identify new sales opportunities.
  3. Manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales data in order to track customer interactions and sales progress.
  4. Coordinate and schedule service appointments and ensure timely resolution of customer issues or concerns.
  5. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential areas for improvement.
  6. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.
  7. Maintain a deep understanding of Toshiba's products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  8. Provide sales support by conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development to gather customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of products and services.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales and service strategies.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and service department.
  12. Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals set by the company.
  13. Comply with all company policies and procedures, and ensure ethical and professional conduct at all times.
