
Client Experience Manager
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Client Experience Manager to join the Tourneau|Bucherer team! This position requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a dedication to creating a world-class shopping experience. The Client Experience Manager is responsible for leading the client experience team and creating a customer-centric environment in our store. The ideal candidate will have a positive, professional attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working with all levels of management. We are looking for an individual who is driven and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a warm, inviting shopping experience. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the client experience team to ensure a customer-centric environment in the store.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and take action to address customer complaints and inquiries.
- Train and mentor customer service staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track customer service metrics to measure team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with all levels of management to ensure customer service goals are met.
- Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with customer service policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty and retention programs.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.
