Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Client Experience Manager to join the Tourneau|Bucherer team! This position requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a dedication to creating a world-class shopping experience. The Client Experience Manager is responsible for leading the client experience team and creating a customer-centric environment in our store. The ideal candidate will have a positive, professional attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working with all levels of management. We are looking for an individual who is driven and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a warm, inviting shopping experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the client experience team to ensure a customer-centric environment in the store.
  2. Maintain a positive, professional attitude and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and take action to address customer complaints and inquiries.
  5. Train and mentor customer service staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Track customer service metrics to measure team performance and customer satisfaction.
  7. Work collaboratively with all levels of management to ensure customer service goals are met.
  8. Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with customer service policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and implement customer loyalty and retention programs.
  10. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.
