Analyst - Accounting Systems
- Oversee all aspects of the My Expense Report system for all of Toyota North America facilities and Toyota De Baja California plant in Mexico including: Daily operations for travel and expense reporting and reimbursements.
- Lead system SME of My Expense Report system.
- Manage external travel and expense vendor and relationship.
- Intercompany liaison for My Expense Report system.
- Understanding and review interfaces between My Expense report, internal and external systems.
- Prepare technical documentation and system process flows.
- Senior project Lead for current and future My Expense Report system projects.
- Continually apply appropriate controls for My Expenses Report system to ensure compliance with Toyota travel policy.
- Create ad-hoc reporting for different business needs.
- Work closely with Toyota travel and Toyota Amex groups.
Accounting and Finance functional experience.
Ability to support continuous improvement efforts and change management.
Chromeriver or equivalent travel and expense system experience
