Job Description

Project Management for North American Produced Vehicles and Powertrains: creation and management of project Master Schedule including management of milestones; coordination of activities among multiple Toyota functions, suppliers and global headquarters; visualization of project status, risks and issues for management summaries and project dashboards. Coordination of Engineering Change Instructions (ECI): organize team to manage and communicate all technical information associated with changes; lead team to negotiate with all critical stakeholders’ best implementation timing matching designers’ request. Production Strategy: Region-wide commodity and platform supply strategies, make vs. buy for each major model change, capacity setting and adjustment. Executive Summary and Escalation: summarize project conditions including risks and concerns based on project KPI; lead project condition presentations to acquire executive direction and proper escalation.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous exposure to Agile Project Management concepts

  • Proven knowledge of Milestone Management, KPI establishment, and problem solving

  • Prior cross functional Project Management experience in an Automotive Manufacturing environment
