- Develop and implement strategic plans for maintaining and improving the reliability and performance of our digital platforms.
- Lead a team of SRE engineers and oversee their day-to-day activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues related to site reliability.
- Continuously monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in SRE to ensure our systems are at the forefront of reliability.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for SRE processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on the status of site reliability.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the SRE team.
- Identify and address any potential risks or vulnerabilities in our digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support our SRE efforts.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Develop and manage budgets for SRE initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to site reliability.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SRE and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new SRE team members.
Extensive Experience In Managing And Leading Large-Scale Site Reliability Engineering Teams, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Sre Principles, Practices, And Tools, With A Strong Track Record Of Implementing And Maintaining Highly Reliable And Scalable Systems.
Proven Experience In Driving Continuous Improvement And Implementing Best Practices In Incident Management, Monitoring, And Automation.
Strong Technical Background In Infrastructure And Software Engineering, With Proficiency In Cloud Computing, Devops, And Agile Methodologies.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Stakeholder Management Skills, With A Demonstrated Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Alignment Towards Common Goals.
