Enterprise Risk, National Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and oversee the application of ERM and ORM framework, policies, and governance processes to create lasting solutions for minimizing losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks. Lead a team of managers and subject matter experts to continuously improve and evolve risk processes and controls Understand risk models / analytics, evaluate errors and exceptions identified, and lead remediation efforts with Risk process and control owners. Establish and monitor Key Risk Indicator triggers and thresholds. Responsible for establishing, design, and leading annual risk assessments. Responsible for taking findings from risk assessments to establish heat maps of most critical risks and work with business areas to identify appropriate response and/or mitigation activity. Develop plan to expand Archer / eGRC to support COSO ERM framework.
