  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organization.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and updates to environmental regulations to ensure compliance.
  5. Conduct training sessions for employees on safety protocols and procedures.
  6. Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for preventing future occurrences.
  7. Manage and maintain safety records and documentation.
  8. Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.
  9. Work with external agencies and authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  10. Analyze data and metrics related to safety and environmental performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Develop and monitor budgets for safety and environmental initiatives.
  12. Ensure that all safety equipment and protective gear are available and in proper working condition.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the use of safe and sustainable materials.
  14. Serve as a resource for employees regarding safety and environmental concerns.
  15. Conduct investigations and make recommendations for improvement in cases of non-compliance with safety protocols or regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • Professional Certification In Occupational Health And Safety, Such As Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Occupational Health And Safety Technologist (Ohst).

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Health And Safety Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Environmental Health And Safety, Including Osha And Epa Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Safety Procedures And Policies.
