  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in our global supply chain network to ensure seamless movement of goods.
  2. Plan and coordinate the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments, including negotiating rates and selecting carriers.
  3. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively troubleshoot any potential delays or issues.
  4. Stay up-to-date on international trade regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and other partners to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
  6. Analyze logistics data and identify areas for improvement, such as optimizing routes or reducing lead times.
  7. Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to provide updates on logistics operations and address any concerns or issues.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and production, to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities.
  10. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to the supply chain, such as natural disasters or labor strikes.
  11. Provide support and guidance to junior logistics team members, including training and mentoring.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and developments in logistics and make recommendations for potential improvements to our operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Logistics And Supply Chain Management In A Global Setting.

  • Knowledge Of International Trade Regulations, Customs Procedures, And Import/Export Documentation.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Management Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Suppliers, Customers, And Internal Stakeholders Across Different Cultures And Time Zones.
