Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With All Levels Of Employees And Management.
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
