- Partner with department heads to identify training and development needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Administer employee benefits and handle any related inquiries or issues.
- Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues, and provide guidance and support to managers in resolving conflicts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for improvements to current practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and retention strategies.
- Handle any other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager or senior leadership.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Ability To Handle And Maintain Confidential Information With Discretion.
