Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.   1. Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures in accordance with company values and goals.
  2. Act as a resource for employees regarding benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  3. Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding processes.
  4. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  5. Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  6. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  7. Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to improve employee performance.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data.
  9. Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee training and development programs.
  10. Assist with the implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  12. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the company by providing support and guidance to employees and promoting a positive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Experience With Hris And Other Hr Technology Systems
