
Human Resources Generalist

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with Toyota's overall goals and values.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on all HR-related matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires are integrated into the company culture and fully equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation, in compliance with all legal requirements.
- Monitor and address employee relations issues, providing conflict resolution and coaching as needed.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring they remain competitive and meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
- Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify training and development needs and implement programs to support employee growth and career development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeoc
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information Professionally And Tactfully.
