- Provide technical support to all employees within the organization, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new devices and accounts, and resolving network and connectivity problems.
- Maintain and monitor all IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases, to ensure their proper functioning and identify and troubleshoot any potential issues.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain new technology solutions and upgrades that meet the organization's needs and goals.
- Respond promptly to all IT support requests and inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT-related activities, including support requests, system changes, and hardware and software inventory.
- Train and educate employees on how to use new technology and systems, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure efficient and effective use of technology.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry developments to make recommendations for improving current systems and processes.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to IT security, including data privacy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with all employees and provide exceptional customer service and support.
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or A Similar Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hardware, Software, And Network Troubleshooting.
Familiarity With Toyota's It Systems And Processes Is Preferred.
