Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Users.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Providing Technical Support And Troubleshooting For Hardware, Software, And Network Systems.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Toyota's It Infrastructure And Systems, Including Familiarity With Toyota-Specific Software And Applications.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
