  11. Adhere to all company IT policies and procedures, including security protocols, to protect company data and assets.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve complex technical issues.
  13. Participate in IT projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
  14. Continuously improve personal technical skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Toyota and its values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Users.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Providing Technical Support And Troubleshooting For Hardware, Software, And Network Systems.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Toyota's It Infrastructure And Systems, Including Familiarity With Toyota-Specific Software And Applications.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
