  1. Provide technical support: Respond to and resolve IT support tickets and inquiries from employees in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems and provide solutions to resolve them.
  3. Maintain systems and equipment: Ensure all IT systems and equipment are up to date, functioning properly, and secure.
  4. Install and configure software and hardware: Install, configure, and update software and hardware for employees as needed.
  5. Train and educate employees: Conduct training and provide resources to help employees effectively use technology and troubleshoot common issues.
  6. Monitor system performance: Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  7. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and provide support for larger projects.
  8. Stay updated on technology trends: Stay current on technology trends and advancements to continually improve the company's IT infrastructure.
  9. Maintain documentation: Document technical processes, procedures, and solutions to ensure consistency and efficiency in IT support.
  10. Ensure data security: Implement and maintain data security protocols to protect company data and systems from cyber threats.
  11. Communicate effectively: Communicate technical information and solutions to non-technical employees in a clear and concise manner.
  12. Adhere to company policies: Follow company policies and procedures related to technology use, security, and data protection.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field: A Degree In It Or A Related Field Provides A Strong Foundation In The Technical Skills And Knowledge Needed For This Role.
