  1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes in accordance with Toyota's standards and procedures.
  2. Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to production processes.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on industry advancements in manufacturing processes to continuously improve Toyota's production methods.
  5. Utilize data and statistical analysis to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for process improvements.
  6. Train and educate production team members on new or updated processes to ensure consistent implementation.
  7. Create and maintain documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in all manufacturing processes.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance team for timely repairs.
  10. Participate in new product development projects to ensure that manufacturing processes are optimized for new product introduction.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers to improve the quality and efficiency of raw materials and components.
  12. Develop and manage process improvement projects to meet production targets and timelines.
  13. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and ensure the success of the team.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve Toyota's manufacturing processes and stay competitive in the market.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Process Engineering Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Autocad Or Solidworks, As Well As Statistical Analysis Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Continuous Improvement Initiatives.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Production Processes.
