  1. Manage and maintain the inventory of parts and supplies needed for production and after-sales service.
  2. Ensure all parts and supplies are accurately recorded and tracked in the inventory system.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for parts and supplies as needed.
  4. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.
  5. Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
  6. Work closely with production and service departments to understand their needs and ensure adequate stock levels.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing and terms for parts and supplies.
  8. Create and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.
  9. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make proactive recommendations for inventory management.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors on inventory status and any issues that may arise.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in inventory management techniques.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and safety.
  14. Train and supervise other team members on inventory management processes and procedures.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
