  5. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of new products.
  6. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product development processes and procedures.

  8. Communicate product development progress and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, and use this knowledge to inform product development strategies.
  10. Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in all product development activities.
  11. Lead product testing and validation activities to ensure products meet performance and safety standards.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners to support product development efforts.
  13. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact product development timelines or quality.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  15. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop product launch plans and support the successful market introduction of new products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field
