Extensive Experience In Product Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Product Development, Preferably In The Automotive Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Product Development Process And Have Successfully Launched New Products In The Past.
Technical Knowledge: A Product Development Manager At Toyota Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Knowledge Of Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Processes, And Materials. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Regulations And Standards.
