
Product Management Strategist, SmartPath Service
Lead ideation sessions to discover new business ideas and test financial and technical feasibility; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and prioritize based on enterprise or customer value. Determine key data sets and information needed to scope projects to deliver the desired customer experience; Work with analytics team to shape data to meet data visualization needs and tell the story. Lead development of products and assume responsibility for the product's success and enhancements after launch; Create operational plans to launch products on time and within budget. Identify potential new and improved business directions, and develop strategic options/approaches to recommend to management. Accountable for business delivery of assigned projects on program backlog.
