Job Description

Utilize process engineering and Toyota Production System skills, through collaborative work with suppliers’ teams, to ensure design and implementation of optimal manufacturing processes. Execute and manage the PSD operating procedure for specific change part content over multiple programs. Develop, execute, and modify project strategies for critical parts, as defined by ranking Maintain and communicate responsible part status information for internal project KPI visualization internally and externally. Lead supplier teams to root cause problem solving, consensus building, and project completion utilizing Toyota business practices. Set project schedule to achieve set objectives and KPI’s.

Job Qualifications
  • Automotive manufacturing experience, working directly for an Automotive OEM or Automotive Supplier

  • Experience and knowledge in General Automotive Body and Vehicle Structures

  • 2+ years of realted work experience
