  2. Leading research projects: Leading research projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  3. Analyzing data: Analyzing data and interpreting results to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
  4. Staying up-to-date with industry trends: Staying current with industry trends and advancements in technology to inform research and development efforts.
  5. Identifying opportunities for improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in current products and processes and proposing solutions.
  6. Collaborating with team members: Collaborating with other researchers and team members to share knowledge and expertise and achieve common goals.
  7. Conducting experiments: Planning and conducting experiments to test hypotheses and validate findings.
  8. Writing reports and presenting findings: Summarizing research findings in reports and presenting them to stakeholders in a clear and organized manner.
  9. Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the research and development process.
  10. Maintaining research equipment: Maintaining and calibrating research equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
  11. Contributing to company objectives: Contributing to the overall objectives and success of the company through innovative research and development efforts.
  12. Continuously improving processes: Identifying opportunities to improve research and development processes and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Mentoring junior researchers: Providing guidance and mentorship to junior researchers to support their professional development and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  14. Upholding company values: Representing and upholding Toyota's values of innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction in all research and development activities.

Job Qualifications
