Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Engineering, Chemistry, Or Biology.
3+ Years Of Experience In A Research And Development Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design And Execute Experiments And Analyze Data.
Experience With Project Management And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
