Third Party Cyber Risk Management (TPCRM) Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead a team of Third-Party Assessors varying in their experiences on their daily operations to promote strong cybersecurity posture through timely completions and remediation of Inherent Risk Assessment (IRA), Cyber Risk Assessment (CRA), and Incident Response. Lead the TPCRM programs for Toyota’s highly integrated supply chain, labor, software, hardware and dealership vendor partner ecosystem of more than 4800 third-parties under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgement. Build and lead a team of Third-Party Cyber Risk Assessors varying in their experiences on their daily operations, Team Member (TM) development, performance, versatility training and workload balance. Develop and manage new initiatives to strengthen the TPCRM program by challenging the status quo and driving teams to solve difficult issues for long-term benefit.
