  1. Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create relevant content.
  3. Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hires and existing team members.
  4. Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques, such as e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training, to ensure effective learning.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee development to continuously improve the training program.
  7. Manage training logistics, including scheduling, registration, and communication with participants.
  8. Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
  9. Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors in identifying and addressing performance gaps through training.
  10. Collaborate with HR to identify and implement career development opportunities for employees.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to bring in specialized training when needed.
  12. Ensure compliance with all training-related policies, procedures, and regulations.
  13. Assist in the creation and maintenance of an employee development plan for each team member.
  14. Communicate training opportunities and resources to employees to encourage continuous learning and development.
  15. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for employees to promote their personal and professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs, Including Needs Assessment, Curriculum Development, And Evaluation.
