
Training and Development Coordinator

- Design and develop training programs: Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives, and support the professional development of employees.
- Coordinate training initiatives: Work closely with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs, schedule and coordinate training sessions, and ensure that all employees are provided with necessary training.
- Facilitate training sessions: Conduct training sessions and workshops, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats, to engage and educate employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact and return on investment.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Develop training materials: Create and update training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and manuals, to support the delivery of training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts: Work closely with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training on specific topics and skills.
- Foster a culture of learning: Promote a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization, and encourage employees to take advantage of training opportunities.
- Maintain training records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and feedback.
- Assist with onboarding: Collaborate with HR to ensure that new employees receive comprehensive onboarding and orientation training to support their integration into the company.
- Communicate effectively: Communicate training initiatives, schedules, and updates to employees in a clear and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members: Work collaboratively with other team members to develop and deliver cross-functional training programs that support the overall growth and success of the organization.
Experience With Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology Tools.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Deliver Training To A Diverse Workforce.
