- Perform data center maintenance and operations tasks including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network equipment.
- Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new processes and procedures for data center operations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of data center projects, including equipment upgrades and migrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data center equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data center procedures, configurations, and inventory.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the data center industry.
- Adhere to all company and industry compliance and security standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates and recommendations on data center operations.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to data center emergencies as needed.
- Continuously improve data center processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data center services.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues in data center operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Data Center Maintenance And Operations.
Knowledge Of Networking And Cabling Protocols, Including Ethernet, Fiber Optic, And Copper.
Familiarity With Server Hardware, Including Installation, Configuration, And Troubleshooting.
Proficiency In Data Center Management Software, Such As Vmware, Hyper-V, Or Cisco Ucs.
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
