Job Description

TracFone Wireless, Inc. is currently seeking an individual who wants to gain valuable exposure and experience in working with our in-house corporate legal department. Conduct research and provide legal analysis on various legal issues that currently impact the company and the telecom industry. Assist with gathering documents, data and other information in connection with ongoing discovery in litigation matters and formal investigations. Draft and review simple contracts including Non-Disclosure Agreements. Advise internal clients on various contractual legal issues
