Responsibilities:

  2. Monitor and maintain store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service standards.
  3. Develop strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Create and implement action plans to address issues and improve performance.
  6. Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales, profits, and expenses.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to resolve them.
  9. Develop and manage budgets to meet financial goals.
  10. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
