Job Description

At Tractor Supply Company, we're looking for an experienced Business Analyst, Customer Marketing who will be responsible for driving the profitability and growth of our customer marketing initiatives. If you have a passion for data-driven marketing and a knack for telling stories with numbers, we want to hear from you!The ideal candidate should possess a combination of business acumen and analytical abilities, with a strong understanding of customer marketing, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization. They should have a customer-centric mindset and be a creative problem-solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer marketing, with a focus on analytics• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret results, and create actionable plans• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and successfully meeting deadlines• Ability to draw meaningful insights from customer data and use those insights to drive marketing decisions• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint• Experience with SQL, Tableau, and marketing automation tools is a plus

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns and develop actionable plans to improve customer marketing initiatives.
  2. Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to optimize customer experiences and engagement.
  3. Monitor customer marketing performance to ensure goals are met and suggest improvements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer marketing projects are executed flawlessly.

  6. Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to present data-driven insights and recommendations.
  7. Design and execute A/B testing and other experiments to validate customer marketing hypotheses.

  9. Develop customer insights to inform product, service, and marketing decisions.
  10. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer marketing.
