1. Unload incoming shipments and verify accuracy of items
2. Maintain the organization of the receiving area
3. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
4. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
5. Maintain accurate records of incoming goods
6. Work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies with orders
7. Lift heavy items when necessary
8. Monitor inventory levels and update system as needed
9. Troubleshoot any potential problems that arise
10. Provide assistance to other departments as needed
