We are looking for a highly organized, customer service-oriented Store Manager to join the team at Tractor Supply Company. This role requires an experienced leader to manage store operations, staff, and customer experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, develop and motivate a team of store associates to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability of the store.
  3. Monitor and analyze store performance and market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Ensure the store is well stocked and properly merchandised.
  5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Ensure store operations comply with company policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor store expenses and manage budget to maximize profitability.
  8. Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure standards of cleanliness, safety, and security are met.
  9. Manage store inventory and order new merchandise as needed.
  10. Maintain effective communication with corporate offices and other store managers.
