UX/UI Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic UX/UI Intern to join the Digital team at Tractor Supply Company. If you’re excited to take on the challenge of making Tractor Supply Company's digital products the best they can be, we’d love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in UX/UI Design, HCI, or a related field• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision, and other design tools• Understanding of UI/UX, user-centered design principles, and web/mobile design trends• Experience with rapid prototyping and user testing• Ability to translate user research and data into design solutions• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating creative problem-solving skills• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

1. Design UX/UI solutions for Tractor Supply Company's digital products, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
2. Create and execute user-centered design principles and web/mobile design trends.
3. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision, and other design tools to create rapid prototypes and user testing.
4. Translate user research and data into design solutions.
5. Develop a strong portfolio of work demonstrating creative problem-solving skills.
6. Communicate and present designs to the digital product design and development teams.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
8. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
