- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools, reporting any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.

Experience In Manufacturing Assembly: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Manufacturing Assembly Environment, With Knowledge Of Assembly Techniques And Tools.
Knowledge Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems: Assemblers At Trane Technologies Will Be Responsible For Assembling Complex Mechanical And Electrical Components, So A Strong Understanding Of These Systems Is Essential.
Attention To Detail: Assembling Products Requires A High Level Of Precision And Attention To Detail. Candidates Should Possess A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Follow Assembly Instructions Accurately.
