  1. Assemble various components to create high-quality products according to established procedures and specifications.
  2. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  4. Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools, reporting any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
  5. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  7. Adhere to production schedules and meet production goals to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  8. Keep accurate records of production and quality control data, reporting any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
  9. Continuously monitor the product for any defects or issues and take corrective actions to prevent them.
  10. Stay updated on product specifications and changes to production processes to ensure accurate assembly and inspection.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns or issues.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude and represent Trane Technologies in a positive light at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Manufacturing Assembly: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Manufacturing Assembly Environment, With Knowledge Of Assembly Techniques And Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems: Assemblers At Trane Technologies Will Be Responsible For Assembling Complex Mechanical And Electrical Components, So A Strong Understanding Of These Systems Is Essential.

  • Attention To Detail: Assembling Products Requires A High Level Of Precision And Attention To Detail. Candidates Should Possess A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Follow Assembly Instructions Accurately.

  • Physical Stamina And Dexterity: Assembling Products Can Be Physically Demanding, Requiring Standing For Long Periods, Lifting And Carrying Heavy Objects, And Using Hand And Power Tools. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Have Good Dexterity.

  • Teamwork And Communication Skills: Assemblers At Trane Technologies Will Be Working As Part Of A Team, So Strong Teamwork And Communication Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Take Direction, Collaborate With Others, And Communicate Any Issues Or Concerns Effectively.
