  1. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for equipment projects.
  2. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring all project milestones are met.
  3. Communicate with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to ensure project goals are clearly defined and understood.
  4. Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, manufacturing, and sales, to ensure project success.
  6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  7. Ensure equipment projects meet all quality standards and customer requirements.
  8. Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
  9. Conduct regular project meetings and provide direction and guidance to project team members.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements related to equipment projects.
  13. Mentor and train junior project managers and project team members as needed.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold our reputation for delivering high-quality equipment solutions.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Hvac Industry

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Equipment Design And Functionality

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Equipment Projects From Conception To Completion
