- Partner with business leaders to understand and support their strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective people strategies to support business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
- Conduct regular assessments of organizational structure and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment across all HR functions.
- Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to support recruiting, learning and development, and other HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Promote and support a positive and inclusive workplace culture through diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Participate in talent acquisition and retention efforts, including conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes and strategies.
- Act as a change agent, driving and supporting organizational change initiatives.
- Foster a positive and engaging employee experience through effective communication and recognition programs.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Business Partner Or Consulting Position.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Hr Best Practices.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives To Support Company Goals And Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With All Levels Of Employees And Management.
