- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement inventory control processes and procedures.
- Identify and analyze inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Monitor inventory levels and product demand to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or delays.
- Utilize inventory management software and tools to track and manage inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions.

Relevant Education Or Training: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Typically Required For An Inventory Control Specialist Role At Trane Technologies. However, Candidates With A Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field May Be Preferred.
Experience In Inventory Management: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Inventory Control Or Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Distribution Setting. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Inventory Systems, Supply Chain Processes, And Best Practices For Maintaining Accurate Inventory Levels.
