- Operate and maintain various machines used for sheet metal fabrication in the Sheet Metal department.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Set up machines according to specifications and adjust as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Experience In Sheet Metal Fabrication: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Sheet Metal Fabrication Role, With A Strong Understanding Of Metalworking Processes And Equipment.
Knowledge Of Machine Operation: As A Machine Operator Ii, The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Machine Operation And Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Blueprints.
Ability To Troubleshoot And Perform Quality Checks: The Candidate Should Have The Ability To Troubleshoot Issues With Machines And Perform Regular Quality Checks To Ensure That Products Meet Trane Technologies' Standards.
Physical Stamina And Dexterity: This Role Involves Operating Heavy Machinery And Lifting/Moving Large Sheets Of Metal, So The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Physical Stamina And Dexterity To Perform These Tasks Efficiently.
