  1. Develop and execute a strategic plan for TransferWise's banking operations in Brazil, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of banking professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Brazilian market, while also maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the banking industry in Brazil, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within the company.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, financial institutions, and other industry partners.
  6. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and laws in Brazil, and proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to drive initiatives and ensure successful execution.
  8. Monitor and analyze financial data and market trends to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.
  9. Represent TransferWise at industry events and conferences, and act as a spokesperson for the company in the Brazilian market.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve banking processes and procedures to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
