  1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their financial transactions.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  3. Assist customers in navigating our platform and resolving any technical issues they may encounter.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to accurately answer customer questions.
  5. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
  6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  7. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better assist customers.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting TransferWise’s values and mission to customers.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in challenging situations.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures for better customer support.
  13. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
