As a Due Diligence Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our global payments platform is compliant with regulations and constantly improving our processes.   • Conduct thorough due diligence on individuals and businesses using TransferWise's global payments platform
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements
  • Identify and report any suspicious activity or potential fraud to the appropriate authorities
  • Research and analyze financial and personal information to assess risk and make informed decisions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all due diligence activities and findings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and streamline due diligence processes
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies

  • Strong Analytical And Research Skills: A Due Diligence Agent At Transferwise Should Possess The Ability To Conduct Thorough Research And Analysis On Potential Business Partners, Clients, And Vendors. This Includes Reviewing Financial Statements, Legal Documents, And Other Relevant Information To Assess Risks And Potential Opportunities.

  • Experience In Compliance And Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate For A Due Diligence Agent Role Should Have A Background In Compliance And Risk Management. This Includes Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Laws, As Well As Experience In Implementing Risk Management Strategies.
