  1. Oversee and manage all payment operations for TransferWise, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all transactions.
  2. Utilize expert knowledge of EUR, SWIFT, and GBP to process international money transfers for customers.
  3. Work closely with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving operational processes and procedures.
  4. Monitor and analyze payment data to identify any issues or discrepancies and take appropriate corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payment operations with other departments.
  6. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure they have a strong understanding of payment operations and company policies.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to payment operations and make recommendations for process improvements.
  8. Communicate with customers to address any payment-related inquiries or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all payment transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed to support the growth and success of the company.
