
People Operations Advisor

- Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth and maintain a positive work culture.
- Serve as a point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee development and training initiatives to promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee payroll and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data.
- Handle employee inquiries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve People Operations processes.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equity initiatives.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives and events to promote team building and employee engagement.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Complex Hr Issues.
