As the Corporate Event Planner, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing various events that align with our company's objectives and values.   1. Conceptualize and plan a variety of events, including but not limited to employee appreciation events, team-building activities, town halls, conferences, and holiday parties.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure events align with company objectives and values.
  3. Develop event budgets and manage expenses to ensure events are cost-effective.
  4. Coordinate with vendors, such as caterers, venues, and entertainment, to secure necessary services and negotiate favorable contracts.
  5. Create and manage event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Oversee event logistics, including guest lists, invitations, registration, A/V needs, and event setup and breakdown.
  7. Develop creative and engaging event themes and activities to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
  8. Manage event communication and promotion, including creating event marketing materials and utilizing various communication channels.
  9. Serve as the main point of contact for event inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to all attendees.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure events are inclusive and provide a positive and inclusive experience for all employees.
  11. Evaluate event success and gather feedback from attendees to continuously improve future events.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to events.
  13. Ensure events comply with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  14. Manage event budgets and provide detailed reports on event expenses and ROI.
  15. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Event Planning, With A Focus On Internal Events.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Planning And Executing Large-Scale Corporate Events, Including Conferences, Meetings, And Employee Engagement Activities.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Vendor Management, And Timeline Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
