- Plan and execute corporate events that align with the overall goals and culture of TransUnion.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.
- Develop event budgets and work within set financial parameters.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and other event partners.
- Create detailed event timelines and manage event logistics.
- Coordinate event registration and attendee management.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and increase attendance.
- Design event layouts and manage event setup and breakdown.
- Ensure all event materials, collateral, and branding are consistent with TransUnion's brand guidelines.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event planning.
- Act as a representative of TransUnion at events and maintain professional relationships with event partners.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve event planning processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Event Planning, Preferably In A Large, Global Organization.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Events Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
Extensive Knowledge Of Event Planning Software And Tools, As Well As Budget Management And Vendor Negotiation Experience.
